Due to Hygiene/Health reasons with Adult product toys, we are NOT able to refund or exchange an item if you have changed your mind on your purchase, so please choose your item carefully.

If your item is a manufacturers fault, we will send your item (if needed) straight to the manufacturers for them to assess and replace/refund where appropriate. One of our Customer services team will be in touch with you for the correct procedure prior to accepting a faulty item back.
