Squeeze a small quantity of gel onto your finger tips and rub a thin film onto the affected areas. Follow this three step plan: Step 1. Apply once daily, leaving on the skin for 2 hours then wash off with water. Step 2. After three days if no discomfort is felt, apply in the evening and leave on all night. Step 3. If after three days, there is no redness or peeling and your skin is still not improving, apply twice a day morning and night. Persevere with your therapy as acne can take time to improve.
