Dosage:

Elevit:

Elevit: Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your health care professional.

Take Elevit if possible for at least 3 months before pregnancy and throughout pregnancy and the breast feeding period.

Menevit:

Men - take one Menevit capsule daily with food, preferably for at least 90 days prior to planned conception. Continue taking Menevit once daily as required or as directed by your doctor.

Warnings:

Elevit: Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Menevit: Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

Menevit contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Not suitable for use by children under 15 years.

Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken.

Keep out of reach of children.

Store below 25c (in a cool dry place).
