Glucosamine: Glucosamine Sulphate - potassium chloride complex 30mg,Capsicum annum (capsicum) stand. Extract equivlent to dry fruit oleoresing 30mg and equivalent to Capsaicin 62mcg Dosage: Glucosamine: Massage gently into painful joints until cream completely disappears.
