    Active Ingredients:
    Water, diluent (xylitol), niacinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), acidity regulator (citric acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin 5 phosphate sodium (B2), preservative (potassium sorbate), folic acid [as (6S)-5-methyltetrafolic acid, glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®)] (B9), thiamine mononitrate (B1), natural flavouring (peach, plum and raspberry), 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin (B12), methylcobalamin (B12), D-biotin (B7).
     

    Dosage:
    Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
     
    Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
     
    Adults: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately
     
    Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.

    Traditional B-complex supplements may contain a synthetic form of folic acid as their source of folate, which is not biologically active and needs to be converted via a multi-step process before it can be metabolised by the body. B-Complete Oral Spray uses Quatrefolic® a form of methylfolate in its most active form so it can be easily utilised by the body.
