Each Film Coated Tablet Contains: Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 1000mg equiv. to Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 826mg, Hesperidin 25mg, Rutoside (Rutin) 50mg, Citrus bioflavonoids extract 100mg.
Dosage: Adults: For general immune system health, take 1 tablet daily. At the first sign of a cold, take 2 tablets daily, or as advised by your health professional. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns. |
