Propolis solids 20.8mg (equiv. to fresh Propolis 59.4mg)
Echinacea purpurea extract 57.2mg (equiv. to dry herb 343.2mg)
Also contains: Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Purified Water, Ascorbic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Peppermint Oil, Carrageenan, Eucalyptus Oil, Clove Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Oil, Xanthan Gum, Fennel Oil, Fenugreek Seed Oleoresin, Silicon Dioxide.
Dosage: Adults: take two teaspoonfuls (10ml) every 2-3 hours as required. Take up to 40ml daily. Can also be mixed with warm water as a soothing drink.
Children: take one teaspoonful (5ml) every 2-3 hours as required, up to 20ml daily. Dilute with warm water and sweeten with honey as necessary.
