Daktozin Ointment
For nappy rash associated with fungal infections.
Daktozin nappy rash ointment is a broad spectrum antifungal product. It has been specially formulated with miconazole to treat the fungal infections commonly associated with nappy rash.
Daktozin also contains 15% zinc oxide, wich helps prevent redness and irritation. Formulated into an ointment that is significantly thicker than a cream, Daktozin won't rub off as soon as baby's nappy is replaced.

Active Ingredients:
Miconazole nitrate 2.5mg/g Dosage: After cleaning and drying the entire affected area, apply ointment gently without rubbing each time the nappy is changed. Continue treatment for seven days or until signs of infection have completely cleared. Warnings: If symptoms persist seek medical advice. |

I buy this for a family member with Intertrigo of both groins due to a fractured pelvis.. A very distressing condition as the skin there becomes inflamed and breaks open so it's very painful. The Daktozin ointment is protective and easy to apply. It prevents and treats the intertrigo. The small tube is great for keeping in the handbag and the large tube in the bathroom. The GP only prescribes Daktarin but we choose to buy Daktozin because the Zinc in it helps a lot with actually healing the intertrigo and not just soothing it.

Great product was recommended by Gp for stubborn nappy rash and brought thru a script for near $10 tiny 15ml tube this size is good value for money and lasts well best nappy rash cream ever
