    Each tablet contains:

    Equiv. Elemental Magnesium 150mg.
    Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate 19mg. Equiv.
    Elemental Zinc 7mg.
    Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 16.6mg.
    Chromic Chloride Hexahydrate 1mg.
    Equiv. Elemental Chromium 200microgram.
    Selenomethionine 33microgram.
    Equiv. Elemental Selenium 13microgram.


    Dosage:
    For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
    For daily magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.
