Add 3 level scoops to a 350ml mixture of cold water/trim milk. Blend or shake until dissolved. Use 1 serving to replace 1 meal - up to 4 meals per day.

Choose the plan that's right for you:

1. FastFX Plan (1 - 2 weeks)
Replace every meal with a serving of FastFX - breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition, drink 2 litres of water/low calorie fluid and eat 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day.

2. ActiveFX Plan (2 - 4 weeks)
Replace 2 meals a day with 2 -3 servings of FastFX and eat 1 low calorie meal.

3. MaintainFX Plan (on-going)
Replace 1 meal per day with 1 - 2 servings of FastFX and eat 2 low calorie meals.
