Each 1.5g sachet contains:

Lipofer NA dispersible A 166.67mg (equivalent to 14mg elemental iron)

Folic acid 200Åg

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 80mg

Vitamin B12 0.1% WS Spray Dried 2.6mg (equivalent to 2.5Åg vitamin B12)

Dosage: 1 sachet daily.

Can also be dissolved in water or fruit juice.
