I received this meter as an upgrade to my old one by my Diabetes Specialist. After a number of months using it, I have returned to my old meter. I was constantly having to throw away test strips using the Neo meter after getting error messages about 30% of the time. It is also not supported on my Diabetes Medtronic Carelink site with no plans to introduce it in the future. Totally unreliable inmy opinion.
