After being stuck at the same weight for over a month after the birth of my 3rd child, I decided to give this detox a go. I lost 2.5kg over the 7 days but the benefit I loved the most was the difference it made to my skin. My skin had been terrible! Dull and blotchy red. I really thought I would have to have some sort of cosmetic procedure to improve it but after the 5th day on this detox my skin was looking fantastic. I would say 80% brighter and clearer than before. So thrilled that I am about to order another!

I have used this product on and off over many years. I don't do it to lose weight and so don't follow the eating plan, but feel it keeps things ticking along well and gives me a sense of wellbeing. I eat very healthily anyway but it is a good kick start if wanting to give up alcohol for a while or "re-set" other bad habits.
