Kia Ora to all our Customers!

We know this is a stressful time for all but together we can all get through this!

As we are a Pharmacy we are considered an essential service. Please be assured we will remain open throughout the Level 4 Lockdown. This includes our physical shop and online so you will be able to access medications.

Our store will be open 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday however we have updated our shop procedures to ensure social distancing for both our customers and staff.

- ONLY 1-2 customers will be allowed in our store at a time

- MAXIMUM of 3 items per person

- You will not be able to browse our store so please ensure you know what you want before coming in

- We will no longer be accepting cash payments - CARD ONLY

- Please contact us BEFORE you come in with your prescription on pharmacist@pharmacydirect.co.nz - THIS IS FOR PRESCRIPTION QUERIES ONLY For all other queries please email customerservice@pharmacydirect.co.nz

- If you are feeling unwell, have a high temperature or have flu-like symptoms we ask that you please refrain from visiting our store and contact your doctor or Healthline (0800 611 116)

- If you have been in contact with someone who is a confirmed case or you are self isolating we ask that you please order online instead of visiting our store.- Do you have Coronavirus, or have been in close contact with someone who does, and you need your prescription?.No problem, email our dispensary on: dispensary@pharmacydirect.co.nz and our Dispensary team will be able to help you out with that.

Online orders will still be processed so we ask that you please avoid coming to our store and order online where possible, including prescriptions.

- Orders and stock are still delayed beyond our usual processing times but we are working to clear this as fast as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an estimated date of delivery as there are 1000's of orders to go through to find where in the system your order would be.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can email us on: cancel@pharmacydirect.co.nz but please note, before you choose this method, a lot of other retailers are facing the same situation, if not worse, and we will not be able to reinstate your original order. You will need to place a new order again, and then go to the back of the line, waiting for your order again.

- We are keeping up to date with announcements and following guidelines from the New Zealand Ministry of Health

- Our cleaning procedures have been reviewed and updated throughout the business to ensure they meet and exceed current guidelines. (warehouse, shop, offices etc)

Courier Post Delivery:

- Courier Post is considered an essential service and will keep delivering packages through the level 4 lockdown however they too will have updated procedures in place to protect their staff and customers

- Please see the following link for more information https://www.nzpost.co.nz/business/covid19updates

Other Updates - Stock, Making Contact etc:

- Quantity limits are being put in place for items that are in short supply or being rationed by suppliers. We are unable to provide any bulk orders for Businesses

- Paracetamol / Ibuprofen / Cough & Cold remedies are being rationed by suppliers so if your order contains more than is deemed necessary by our Pharmacist, your order will be adjusted accordingly. You will not be charged for any removed items.

- We are working to keep our website updated with stock levels but please note if a product is out of stock online, it will not be available in store either

- We DO NOT have any ETAs on out of stock products, they will be available to order online when they are back in stock. We are not able to do any back orders, holds for customers, or contact you if something is back in stock.

 - Some suppliers that are not considered essential services will be shut during the level 4 lockdown so some items will not be available. We will keep our website as up to date as possible.

- We are still experiencing higher than usual volumes of orders, phone call queries and emails.

Due to this there is a delay in dispatching orders and replying back to queries. Please be assured we are working to clear orders and messages as soon as possible. We are currently not answering any phone calls, so we can concentrate on all of the email queries coming through.

We would like to thank you all for your continued patience with us.
