Kia Ora to wonderful Customers!


We know this is a bit of a shock for us all but together we can all get through this! We've done it once, we can do it again. 


As a Pharmacy we are an essential service. Please be assured we will remain open during the Level 3 Lockdown as well as Level 4 if it comes to it. This includes our physical shop and online orders so you will be able to access medications & masks. 



Our store will be open 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday with Level 3 procedures in place:

- Please WEAR A MASK if you have one

- ONLY 1-2 customers will be allowed in our store at a time

- MAXIMUM of 6 items per person

- You will not be able to browse, please come with a prepared list - if an item is out of stock online, it will NOT be available in store.


- PRESCRIPTIONS ONLY - Please contact us BEFORE you come in on 09 414 1424

- If you are showing symptoms, please refrain from visiting our store and contact your doctor or Healthline (0800 611 116)


Online orders will still be processed so we ask that you please avoid coming to our store and order online where possible, including prescriptions. 




- Orders & stock may be delayed due to high volumes with ourselves, suppliers & the couriers. We are working to clear orders & queries ASAP

- We are keeping up to date with announcements and following guidelines from the New Zealand Ministry of Health

- Level 3 distancing & cleaning procedures are in place in our warehouse - including masks being mandatory for staff


Courier Post Delivery:

- Courier Post is considered an essential service and will keep delivering packages however they too will have updated procedures

Other Updates - Stock, Making Contact etc:


- We are working to keep our website updated with stock levels but please note if a product is out of stock online, it will not be available in store either

- We DO NOT have any ETAs on out of stock products, they will be available to order online when they are back in stock. We are not able to do any back orders, holds for customers, or contact you if something is back in stock. 

- We are currently NOT answering phone calls, so we can concentrate on all of the email queries & online orders coming through.


We are also unable to answer your email queries as to when your order will be dispatched as our teams need to focus on getting your orders out to you, as well as answer other emails. Once ready to dispatch, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number on it.
