    It is specially formulated to support the digestion of lactose in dairy products, particularly for people who are lactose intolerant and experience problems digesting lactose.
     
    Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose, a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. The body has insufficient levels of lactase, an enzyme that helps digest lactose in the digestive system.
     
    Lacto-Free® helps the digestive system to break down the lactose sugar in dairy products, making it possible for you to enjoy dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream.
     
    Lacto-Free® is available in a convenient dispenser unit with easy-to-swallow mini tablets.
     
    Lacto-Free® is suitable to take during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

    Active Ingredients:
    Lactase (4,000 Acid Lactase Units)
    Microcrystalline Cellulose, Povidone, Magnesium Stearate.
     
    Does NOT contain: Preservatives, artificial flavours, colours or sugar.  Yeast and dairy free.
     

    Dosage:
    Adults & Children over 12 Years:  Take 1 to 2 tablets prior to consuming dairy products.  Repeat dose if you continue to eat dairy after one hour.
     
    Adjust dose to suit your individual needs. Do not exceed 12 tablets a day.
     

    Warnings:
    • If symptoms persist or you experience side effects consult your healthcare professional
    • Do not use if blister seal is broken
    • Keep out of reach of children
    • Store below 25 degrees C

      Great product wish had this years ago, has made such a difference knowing can take this and not worry about having a "lactose attack" after having dairy.
