Psyllium Husks (69%) Inulin Prebiotics (30%) Probiotic cultures (lactobacillus plantarium, Lactobacillius rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulgaaricus, Lactobacillius acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum). 100% natural. No Polydextrose, maltodextrin, sorbitol, sugar, phytate, preservative, artifical flavours or colours, wheat, gluten or GM ingredients. Dosage: Adults: 2 to 4 rounded teaspoons, 1-2 times daily.
Lower dosages for bowel health maintenance; higher dosage to promote bowel function.
Mix in to water or fruit juice, stir well and drink immediately. Drink plenty of fluids with this product. May contain traces of soy or milk products in the cultures.
