Fish Oil 2000 contains 1000mg of concentrated fish oil, which is equivalent to 2000mg of natural fish oil. 

The method of concentration allows for the high potency 2000mg of fish oil to be put into a standard 1000mg size capsule, making them easier to swallow. 

Fish oils contain omega 3 EPA and DHA essential fatty acids. They are essential to human health but cannot be manufactured by the body and for this reason, omega 3 fatty acids must be obtained from food.
