Adults take 1 vege cap daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.  

Take only as directed and in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet. Avoid taking if you are on blood thinning medicines or before surgery. People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
