Application:

Use Microdacyn at each dressing change, Microdacyn can be use up to 3 times daily. Saturating the old dressing with Microdacyn will assist with its removal.

Hold the spray bottle close to the skin damage, apply until the wound is free from visible debris. Do not rinse Microdacyn off the wound.

If required, Microdacyn can be used to soak the wound, including placing a soaked gauze on the wound for up to 15 minutes. Cover with any secondary dressing as required.

Microdacyn Hydrogel can be applied as required to provide further moisture and create an optimal healing environment.

Safe for use on even the most sensitive of areas including the face, mouth and nose.

Microdacyn is ready for use with no mixing or dilution.
 
 

• Do not use if hypersensitive to sodium hypochlorite or hypochlorous acid. For external use only not for injection or consumption.

Microdacyn is TGA approved and Medsafe WAND registered as a Medical Device for use in the debridement and moistening of acute and chronic wounds, ulcers, cuts, abrasions and burns including those located in any human cavity such as the oral, nasal or ear.
