Barrier creams can be great for dry and/or damaged skin as they help to keep moisture in and irritants out, but they can also feel hot, thick and oily on the skin. Our Double Cream with Ceramides has a lovely, creamy texture and blends into the skin beautifully.
It's designed to help normalise the structure and function of the skin by providing an emollient, lipid barrier. This is achieved by including relevant Natural Moisturising Factors (NMF) like those found in normal, healthy skin to help return skin to optimal functionality.

We always make our products suitable for all skin types, and this one is no exception! But it's particularly suitable and helpful for those with very dry, thin, damaged and fragile skin.

For patients undergoing radiation treatment or chemotherapy, this will provide moisture and creates a protective barrier. It alleviates skin discomfort such as dryness, irritation, itchiness and stinging, as well as improves the visual appearance of inflamed skin including patches of whiteness, redness, rough texture and flakiness.
