Active Ingredients:
Chromium 300 mcg Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Contains shellfish (shrimp). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or tree nut ingredients. Dosage: Take 3 capsules immediately before the 2 main meals of the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Take in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. Take at least 4 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
