Active Ingredients:
Arnica 6c, Mag Phos 6c, Cuprum Met 6c, Nux Vom 6c.
Dosage: Take one spray into the mouth at the onset of symptoms.

Repeat every 15-20 seconds for up to five doses. Menstrual cramp
