Sadly, I gave up on taking these after 3 days as I had a bad side effects - Day 2 I woke up with my first migraine in over 5 years. Day 3 I woke in the night with horrible stomach cramps. I hadn’t changed anything else in my life or diet so can only attribute these symptoms to this product. It may be that the side effects settle down over time, but mine were too severe to risk it :(
