I was reccomended Mullein to clear my lungs by a few elderly people who swear by it because when I get sick I get extremely sick overnight and it takes a long time to recover. The past 3 weeks I kept coffing phlegm struggling to breath because I'm also asthmatic so I bought this product to see if Mullein would even help a little. I took 2 tablets and within 10 minutes I realized I was breathing better than ever and haven't coffed any phlegm since. Maybe it won't work for everyone but it worked so good for me that I felt it was a good idea to send feedback.
