    What is Cider Vinegar Formula?
    Cider Vinegar is a weight management formula with Apple Cider Vinegar, Grapefruit, Lecithin, B6, Chromium, Kelp and Glucomannan (from Konjac Root).

    Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine HCI) 7mg

    Apple Cider Vinegar 500mg
    Soy Lecithin 200mg
    Glucomannan (from Konjac Root) (Amorphophallus konjac) 100mg
    Organic Kelp (Laminaria spp.) 20mg

    Dosage:
    (adults): Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food.
