In addition, Phloe® Biotics also contains one billion Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 (LactoSpore®) probiotics per capsule.
This specific strain is lactose free and helps support a healthy balance of intestinal flora. Phloe® Biotics gently normalises bowel movements, without causing urgency and is suitable for long-term use.

Dosage: Adults: Take 1-2 Capsules together daily before food.
