    SANDERSON 5-HTP 100mg (5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan)
    5 Hydroxy-Tryptophan or 5-HTP is a naturally occuring amino acid and chemical precursor in the biosynthesis of the neurotransmitters serotonin and melatonin. It is sourced from the plant Griffonia simplicifolia, an African climbing shrub. It is widely used to assist with normalising sleep patterns, mood and anxiety.

    • SANDERSON 5-HTP is a high potency preparation containing 100mg of the active ingredient.
    • 5-HTP or 5 Hydroxy-Tryptophan is a botannical extract that has been shown to act as a serotonin precursor.
