EACH GUMMY (PASTILLE) CONTAINS:
Caffeine 15 mg
Nicotinamide 5 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 12.5 micrograms

Adult Dosage: 
Energy support: Chew 2 gummies daily.
Mental alertness: Chew 5 gummies once daily.

During or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not swallow whole.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains vitamin B6).

Adults only. Contains 15 mg total caffeine per gummy (pastille). A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

This medicine contains 6.9 g maltitol per maximum daily dose (5 gummies) and may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
