Each dosage contains: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 386mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 318mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid from sodium ascorbate) 296mg, zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 5mg. Dosage: ADULT DOSAGE: Mix 1/2 level metric teaspoon (2.5 g) with 250 mL of water. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately. Some settling of the powder may occur after mixing. |
