Insert inside the bra with soft cotton against nipple. For the best care of your nipples pads should be changed regularly and where possible allow nipples to air dry between feeds.

Keep away from children, and supervise any use near children. Always dispose of the wrapper and the nursing pad in the rubbish bin, never dispose in the toilet.
