    TJ Clarks Complete-B Liquid Formula provides a bio-available B complex supplement that is a great way to bolster your dietary intake of all the B vitamins necessary for healthy energy levels and vitality. The B vitamins play a number of critical nutritional roles in health. They are the catalytic spark plugs of the body; they function as coenzymes to catalyse many biochemical reactions.  
     
    The chief function of B vitamins is in converting glucose to energy, which fuels the body.  B-vitamins are also important in fat and amino acid metabolism, the nervous system, mood, hormonal regulation, immune function, gastrointestinal tract function, liver function and the hair, nails and eyes. B-vitamins are water soluble nutrients that need to be a part of your daily diet for the maintenance of optimal health.

    Thiamine (vitamin B1) 10mg
    Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 10mg
    Niacin (vitamin B3) 40mg
    Vitamin B5 20mg
    Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 20mg
    Biotin 300mcg
    Folate 400mcg
    Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 60mcg
    Polyfloramin 200mcg
    (Containing but not limited to B, Ca, Cr, Co, Cu, I, Fe, Li, Mg, Mn, Mo, P, K, Se, Si, Sr, V, Zn)

    Inactive ingredients: Purified water, Natural cane sugar, Natural flavors, Potassium Sorbate (0.1%)


    Dosage:

    8ml once or twice daily after food.
