With its active ingredient Oxymetazoline, Vicks Sinex effectively alleviates sinus pressure and shrinks swollen nasal membrane with just a few sprays in each nostril.

Active Ingredients:
Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% w/v. Contains Benzalkonium Chloride and Benzyl Alcohol as preservatives, with Aromas of Aloe, Eucalyptus & Menthol.
Dosage: Remove protective cap. (Before using the first time, depress the round tab firmly several times to prime the metering pump). Hold bottle with thumb at base, nozzle between first and second fingers. With head upright, insert spray nozzle in nostril, depress pump 2-3 times all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply.
Adults & Children 6 years and older (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, every 10 to 12 hours.
Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.
