Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100mg, L-Taurine 100mg, D-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E) 50mg, L-Glutamine 50mg, Ginger 40mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 15mg, Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 10mg, Zinc (Monomethionine) 5mg, Folic Acid 300mcg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 50mcg. This product contains tableting aids. Herbal extracts used. Dosage: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, or as professionally recommended. Best taken with Stress B during periods of stress to support normal nervous system function. Warnings: Not to be taken by children, pregnant or lactating women.
